Keely joined FSG, LLC as a Case Manager in January 2026, bringing more than eight years of experience from her previous role at Protective Life Insurance Company. She specializes in guiding life insurance applications from submission through policy placement, working closely with clients, agents, financial advisors, insurance carriers, case managers, and underwriters to help ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Through proactive communication, timely follow-up, and personalized support, Keely is committed to keeping all parties informed while delivering an exceptional client experience. She also collaborates with internal teams and business partners to communicate important point-of-sale updates and provide advisors with the information and resources they need to best serve their clients.

Keely is passionate about making the life insurance process as seamless as possible by building trusted relationships, fostering collaboration, and providing outstanding service every step of the way. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, attending concerts and comedy shows, and spending quality time with her husband, son, friends, and pets.
